Open Arms Community Health & Service Center helps Individuals and families get connected to Primary Care Physicians, Mental Health Support, Substance Use Prevention & Treatment, Group Therapy, Counseling, Peer Support and Community Support such as Housing. Our goal is to provide our community with a diverse group of professionals dedicated to providing quality healthcare, mental health services, substance use prevention, housing navigation, and a broad range of other vital services to our undeserved veterans, disabled, LBGTQ, Low Income, Justice Impacted, fleeing from domestic violence, homeless adults and youth in our community. We believe that despite the challenges faced by this community, we strive to offer comprehensive support to improve the quality of life of the citizens of our community.

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Demonstrate an outstanding understanding of psychotropic medications and their evidence-based application

- Excellent medical documentation skills to maintain accurate patient records

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
